Eligibility requirements to apply for Foreign/Overseas Quota seats on merit basis as per PMC regulations is as follows:

• Must hold permanent foreign nationality or dual nationality or be overseas Pakistani student.
• Must have passed HSC examination or equivalent from outside Pakistan
• Must have completed entire HSC/Equivalence outside Pakistan
• Must have 60% HSC/Equivalent Marks
• Must have passed MDCAT 2022 with minimum 55% marks (or MDCAT 2021 with minimum 65% marks)
